Update to Owen County Couple Charged With The Murder And Assault Of Another Owen County Couple.
Date of News Release: 08/21/2005
(Owenton, Kentucky) - Upon further investigation no charges will be filed against Timothy Wagers at this time.
However charges may be considered against him when the case goes before the Owen County Grand Jury. Mr. Wagers was released from the University of Kentucky medical Center earlier today.
Mr. Virgil Johns was also treated and released from the University of Kentucky Medical Center earlier today.
