Arrest Made In The Murder Of Patsy Kemper

On February 05, 2005 at 8:45 AM the Kentucky State Police 911 Dispatch Center received a call that a female had been hurt at 4070 Highway 127 North, Owenton Kentucky. Upon arrival troopers found the body of Patsy H. Kemper age 56.

Kentucky State Police detectives and troopers from the Campbellsburg post have worked on this investigation none stop for over 40 hours collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses as well as suspects.

On Sunday, February 06, 2005 at 10:00 PM Detective Todd Harwood was able to gather enough information to lead him to interview and subsequently arrest Eugene Collins Jr. age 40, from 1370 Hwy. 22 East of Owenton, Kentucky with the murder of Patsy Kemper.
