Death Investigation in Owenton, KY
Date of News Release 02/05/05
Owenton, Kentucky - On February 05, 2005 at 8:45 AM the Kentucky State Police 911 Dispatch Center received a call that a female had been hurt at 4070 Highway 127 North, Owenton Kentucky. Upon arrival troopers found the body of Patsy H. Kemper age 56. The cause of her death is under investigation by detectives from the Campbellsburg Post of the Kentucky State Police.
