Assault 1st Arrest of a Barren County Man
Date of News Release: 11/04/2005
(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - KSP responded to a domestic in progress between Joyce and James Wyatt. When units arrived on the scene, they found Joseph Wyatt, the son of the couple injured with a laceration to the forehead. Joseph advised his father had hit him in the head with a large stick. James Wyatt was arrested without incident and charged with Assault 1st. Joseph Wyatt was transported to TJ Samson Hospital via ambulance.
