Drug Arrest Made in Warren County, KY

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - On 10-13-2005 Trooper Derek Grant stopped Brian S. Miller for a minor traffic violation, which occurred on Kentucky Street in the limits of Bowling Green. Trooper Grant detected an odor of marijuana coming from Millers vehicle. After a search of Mr. Miller and his vehicle, marijuana was located and seized along with $6,683.00 cash, and a police scanner.

Mr. Miller was charged with Trafficking with in 1000 Yards of a School, Possession of a Police Scanner, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Dis-Regarding a Traffic Control Device, and No Insurance. Mr. Miller was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail
