Drug Arrest in Hart County, KY
Date of News Release: 09/18/2005
(Hart County, KY) - KSP responded to an injury accident in the 12000 block of Raiderhollow Road. Upon units arrival, Robert Terry, the driver, had minor injuries. Unit noticed 3 large trash bags of marijuana, which was over 50 pounds, at the scene.
Robert Terry was treated and released by the Hart County ambulance service on scene and then was taken into custody and lodged in the Hart County Jail without incident. Street value of the marijuana seized is over $100,000.00.
