Tennessee Fugitive Apprehension

(Warren County, KY) - Tennessee Bureau of Investigations authorities contacted the Kentucky State Police Bowling Green Post in reference to a possible location on a missing juvenile & a fugitive out of Tennessee that was wanted for statutory rape & probation violations. TBI & The Kentucky State Police located fugitive Brandy Suter at the Rest Area on the NB side just north of Smiths Grove. Female was accompanied by a missing juvenile that had been missing since 08-23-2005 from Tennessee. The female suspect was taken into custody without incident and the missing juvenile was relinquished to the custody of her parents. No further details are being released at this time.

While KSP Troopers were surrounding this residence, Troopers observed a large amount of beer in plain view on an adjoining property. A search warrant was then obtained for this property and the items listed below were recovered. Roy Howard, age 54 from Munfordville, KY, (Suspect #2) was located and charged with the charges of Illegal possession of alcohol in dry territory with intent to sale. Mr. Roy Howard was cited and released.
