Murder Investigation in Edmonson County, KY

(Bowling Green, KY) - The Edmonson County Sheriffs Office was notified that the victim and her estranged husband had been involved in an altercation at the residence of James Pedigo. Deputies responded to the scene where they located the victim who was unresponsive. EMS was notified who notified the coroner. The coroner prounounced Mrs. Pedigo dead at 1545 hours.

James Pedigo was arrested and charged with murder. There is an active DVO on file through Edmonson District Court with the victim as the petitioner.

Investigation continues.
