Allen County Death Investigation

(BOWLING GREEN, Ky.) - Kentucky State Police is currently working a death investigation of Andrew Phelps, a 2 ½ month old infant. Phelps was transported to Greenview E.R. Sunday morning from Allen County and was then transported by helicopter to Vanderbilt's Children Hospital. Phelps passed away on 05/24/2005 at Vanderbilt. The investigation is ongoing and no further details are being released at this time.
