Drug Arrest in Warren County
Date of News Release: 04/23/2005
(BOWLING GREEN, Ky.) - KSP Bowling Green received information that drug activity was occurring at 517 East 7th St in Bowling Green. KSP units responded with Bowling Green Police Department and consent to search the residence was given. KSP canine alerted on an area in the bedroom and a hand search revealed three rocks of crack cocaine. A hand search of another room resulted in three additional rocks of crack cocaine being located. Seven marijuana plants were also located and confiscated as well as 4 grams of marijuana.
All parties at the residence were arrested without incident and a juvenile on scene was cited to court and released to a family member.
Those arrested were:
Henry Lawrence 18 years of age from Bowling Green and he was charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance within 1000 yds of School, Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st, Cultivation Marijuana over 5 plants, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Sandra Kay Enriquez 37 of Bowling green and she was charged with Unlawful transaction with a minor 2nd (4 counts), Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st, Endangering the welfare of a minor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Brittany N. Filiatreau and she was charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st, Cultivating Marijuana over 5 plants, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
All three arrested are lodged at the Warren County Jail.
The investigation is continuing.
