Hart County Murder Investigation
Date of News Release: 04/10/2005
(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - KSP received a stabbing complaint at 10614 North Jackson Hwy in Hart County. Upon arrival, the victim had already been transported to T.J. Samson Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by the Barren County Coroner.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Joshua W. Hyatt of Louisville, KY.
An autopsy is scheduled for 4/11/05 on the victim in Louisville. The investigation is ongoing and no further details are being released at this time.
