Meth Lab Located in Allen County, Arrest Made

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - At 10:36 hours KSP Bowling Green received a complaint of stolen farm implements on Old Franklin Road in Scottsville. Trooper John Holbrook and Allen County Sheriff's Department responded to investigate the incident.
Upon investigation it was believed that a nearby residence was involved in the theft. KSP responded to Troy Baugh's residence at 8599 Old Franklin Road and located two subjects on scene and evidence of methamphetamine manufacture. Allen County Drug Task Force was requested and responded to assist. Consent to search was given by the homeowner and an active methamphetamine lab was located in a vehicle on the property. Upon further investigation an undetermined amount of methamphetamine was located inside the residence. Anhydrous ammonia, anhydrous tanks, drug paraphernalia and drug residue was located in several location on the property. With further investigation Troy Baugh confessed to the theft of the farm equipment and led KSP to a location in Warren County where it was recovered.
Further charges are pending as the investigation continues.
