A Paducah Man Arrested For 3 Counts Rape

Date of News Release: 12/31/2005

(Ballard County, KY) - Gary D Waters was arrested on December 23, 2005 in Ballard County, Kentucky. He was charged with three counts of rape in the 3rd degree, three counts of sodomy in the 3rd degree, and five counts of incest. He is lodged in the Ballard County Jail. The arrest stemmed from an investigation in Hopkins County.
