DUI Arrest in Christian County, KY

(Christian County, KY) - On December 18, 2005 at approximately 1:00am, Kentucky State Police was contacted after an intoxicated female arrived at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center Emergency Room stating she had been in a vehicle collision on Cox Mill Road.
The female would not speak to police or cooperate with the investigation of the collision. Troopers located the collision scene at approximately 3:00am on Cox Mill Road just south of Walnut Lane. Evidence at the scene indicated the vehicle was south bound and lost control causing it to flip several times in the roadway. Several alcoholic beverage containers were found among the collision debris.
The vehicle, a 2002 Chevy Tahoe registered to Michael Foster, had been removed from the scene and was located at approximately 11:30am. Evidence in the vehicle indicated that at least one passenger was present in the vehicle at the time of the collision. After further investigation, Elizabeth Foster was served a criminal summons on December 21, 2005 and charged with DUI 1st Offense.
