Robbery 1st Degree Investigation and Arrest

Date of News Release: 09/10/2005

(Muhlenberg County) - Accused subject (Timothy E. Mackey Jr.) entered the market and brandished a firearm demanding money. When the clerk went to get the money the accused subject (Timothy E. Mackey Jr.) left the store. KSP activated our K-9 unit after learning the subject fled on foot. Subject was located in Central City a short time later and was arrested on the charges of Robbery 1st Degree and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.

Case is still under investigation.
