Drug Investigation - Indoor Grow Operation

(Caldwell County, KY) - The Kentucky State Police received a tip that there was an indoor grow operation located at 111 Brockmeyer Sreet in Fredonia, KY.

After conducting an investigation, Trooper King, with the assistance of Deputy Chris Noel, received consent to search the residence. A search warrant was then obtained and executed yielding approximately 450 small marijuana plants, approximately 7 ounces of suspected processed marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia. A handgun was also located resulting in the firearm enhancement on all the charges.

Jeffery Todd Phelps was arrested and lodged in the Caldwell County Jail without further incident.
