3 Arrested in Arson Attempt Investigation

After receiving a tip that the address of 309 Princeton-Olney Road was going to be torched, KSP Post 2 initiated an investigation into the matter. A surveillance detail resulted in the arrest of three individuals who attempted to commit arson. On March 5, 2005, a vehicle driven by Ramey stopped in front of the trailer. McGregor exitted the vehicle and entered the trailer while carrying an accelerant and a cigarette lighter. The trailer was occupied by three KSP Troopers who immediately placed him under arrest. When Ramey returned to the location to retrieve McGregor, KSP Troopers arrested him for assisting in the crime of arson. At 0120 hours, KSP Troopers arrested Harper at his residence for his involvement in the arson attempt.
