Meth Lab Investigation

Hopkins County - On Monday, January 10, 2005 the Kentucky State Police Madisonville Post 2 received an anonymous tip of a possible methamphetamine lab located on Whitfield Cemetery Road in Hopkins County.

At approximately 1159 hours, troopers arrived at the scene. Upon their arrival, a white, male fled the scene on foot. Troopers attempted to locate the suspect, but were not successful. Several components used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine were discovered at the scene. The Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force removed the components of the meth lab.
