2 Arrested for Exploitation of Adult

(Mayfield, KY.) - On 6-16-2005 Detective George Bell charged a Fulton County man and woman after the two swindled an elderly Fulton man out of money. On 6-13-2005 Rodney Evans and Tammy Blackburn approached the victim advising him he had ran over their child's bike. They drove him to Wal-Mart in Fulton so he could buy them a new bike. Once there they had him sign a blank check and then spent $550.00 in assorted merchandise. Exploitation of an Adult is a Class C Felony. The investigation is continuing by Detective Bell.
