Manufacturing Methamphetamine Arrest in Marshall County, KY

(HICKORY, KY.) On 4-18-05 Trooper Trent Weaver arrested Michael Lipp, 43 of Gilbertsville, on various Methamphetamine related charges (Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia other than approved container, Tampering with Anydrous Ammonia with the Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st- Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of a Precussor with the Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine). These charges stem from a traffic stop that occurred on 4-10-05 in Hardin, KY. when Trooper Weaver arrested Timothy J. Walters on Methamphetamine charges. The investigation revealed Lipp, a passenger in the vehicle , walked away from the scene as Trooper Weaver was interviewing Walters. Lipp was arrested at his Gilbertville residence and lodged in the Marhall County Jail. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Weaver.
