Date of News Release: 03/02/2005

(PADUCAH, KY.) Troopers with the Kentucky State Police arrested a Paducah man for cashing stolen Kentucky lottery tickets. On 3-01-05 Trooper T.J. Williams arrested Zachary L. Belt 19 of Paducah, charging him with three counts of Influence or Attempt to Influence the Winnings of a Prize through Coercion, Fraud or Deception, a class B Felony. The lottery tickets were taken during a September 30, 2004 burglary of Thompson's Grocery in Livingston County.
