Terroristic Threatening 2nd Degree Arrest Made in the Pella Corp. Bomb Threats

(Mayfield, Ky) - On 01-19-05 at 10:19PM, Trooper Russell Boyd arrested a Murray man in connection with bomb threats made to the Pella Corporation in Murray.
The investigation into the bomb threats reveiled the calls were being made from pay phones in the Murray area. While patrolling the area near those phones, Trooper Boyd confronted Stephen M. Storment JR, 21 of Murray. Storment, a Pella employee, admitted to phoning in past threats, and told Trooper Boyd he was in the process of phoning in another threat as the officer approached.
Trooper Boyd arrested Storment on charges of Terroristic Threatening 2nd Degree, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Calloway County Detention Center.
The investigation is continuing by Trooper Boyd.
