(Henderson, KY) - Jason Albin went to the residence of Suprina Matheny in Bremen to obtain some of his belongings. Mr. Albin and Ms. Matheny, who were living together, got into an argument. Mr. Albin then left Ms. Matheny's residence and went to the residence of Dana Worthington in Sacramento. Ms. Matheny then notified her current boyfriend Jon Mccoy of the argument between Albin and her. Mccoy left Matheny's residence to confront Albin at Worthington's house. Mccoy arrived to block Worthington's driveway as Albin and Worthington were attempting to leave in Worthington's vehicle. Mccoy jumped out of the vehicle and brandished a .45 automatic pistol. Mccoy discharged the pistol several times at the ground as Worthington and Albin drove away through a neighbor's yard. Mccoy then left the scene and was located and arrested at Matheny's residence in Bremen by KSP Troopers Corey King and Nathan Knight.
