Felony Arrest Made In Henderson County, KY

(Henderson, KY) - Robert Skeens was driving a 1992 Geo in a reckless manner on 2nd street in the city limits of Henderson. A traffic stop was attempted in the area of Second and Priest Streets. Skeens fled the area and eventually stopped the vehicle on McKinley Street. Skeens was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Search incident to arrest revealed a small bag of marijuana. Skeens was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center on charges of D.U.I. 1st (Aggravating Circumstance), No Operators License, Possession of Marijuana, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree.
