Criminal Arrest in Daviess County, KY

(Henderson, KY) - Lonnie D. Bellar, was operating a 2005 Chevy, and was travelling eastbound on KY 815. Trooper Bell observed him speeding and stopped him for it. Mr. Bellar was found to be in possession of anhydrous ammonia and Methamphetamine. He was also found to have materials commonly used to steal anhydrous ammonia. Mr. Bellar was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center and charged with Speeding, Operating On Suspended Operators License, Possession Of Suspended Operators License , No Seatbelt, Possession Of Anhydrous Ammonia In Unapproved Container, Possession Of Controlled Substance 1st/Methamphetamine, Prescription Drug Not In Proper Container, Service Of Warrant-Failure to appear .
