Felony Arrest for Sexual Abuse
Date of News Release: 03/25/2005
(Henderson, KY) - Kentucky State Police was contacted to investigate a sexual abuse where James Pierce was believed to be the perpetrator. Upon investigation by Detective Bryan Whittacker it was concluded that James Pierce committed a sexual abuse against a juvenile. Pierce was arrested at his home in Beaver Dam and charged with Sodomy 1st. He is currently lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
