A Celina, TN Woman Arrested Near Burkesville, KY

(Columbia, KY.) - Ruby Nell Whitaker , age 50 of Celina, TN was arrested at 1:05 PM , 12 miles south Burkesville on KY 61, charged with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd, 10 counts Forgery 2nd. Ms. Whitaker was lodged Clinton County Jail.
