Felony Arrest for Theft at Dixon Cemetary

A Picture of Teresa SperryKentucky State Police in Ashland are continuing to investigate an early morning theft that occurred at the Dixon Cemetary off Main Street in Westwood, Ky. KSP received a call reference to a female subject at the cemetary loading her car with numerous flower arrangements that came from the graves. Upon arrival, police noticed numerous damage to several graves at the cemetary. Police later located the suspect at her residence with the flowers still inside the 1999 Ford Escort. Teresa Sperry was subsequently arrested for Theft By Unlawful Taken O/$300.00, Criminal Mischief 1st, and Possesion of a Controlled Substance 3rd.

The investigation continues by Trooper Phil Clark.
