Update to Escape Felon From Blackburn Correctional Complex

On 12/28/05 at 10:28 AM Post 12 Frankfort received a complaint of a stolen vehicle from 125 Coleman Lane, Georgetown, KY. The stolen vehicle information has been entered into NCIC. The Blackburn Escapee Jesse Fletcher is a suspect in the theft of the stolen vehicle.

The vehicle is a 2000 Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel pickup, Silver in color, KY tag # 1AB838.

(Frankfort, KY) - Jesse Fletcher escaped 12/27/05 from the Blackburn Correctional Complex in Lexington, KY

Escapee Jesse Fletcher is a white male, 200 pounds and 6 foot tall, with blue eyes and last seen with brown hair. Jesse Fletcher has many tattoos on right and left arms. Has a heart with wings on his back and a tattoo on his left finger. His date of birth is 05/07/1984. He is thought to be in or headed to Harrison County, KY.
