Update on Robbery at the Five Star Shell on US in Franklin County, KY

Update to News Release of 10/15/05 - News Release Below
Franklin County Grand Jury indicts Jennifer Stosberg age 35 of Frankfort on Five Star Shell robbery.
Jennifer Stosberg was arrested on 10/15/05 on a Contempt of Court warrant from Franklin County. Troopers also charged her with Flee and Evading 2nd when she attempted to flee.
Further investigation by Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort lead to her being charged with Burglary 2nd and 12 counts Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd. Those charges are from a September burglary on Mt. Zion Road in Franklin County. Additional investigation lead to her being indicted on the Five Star Shell robbery.
On Wednesday, October 26th a Franklin County Grand Jury indicted Jennifer Stosberg for Robbery 2nd, Burglary 2nd and 12 counts on Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd. She is lodged in the Franklin county Detention Center.

(Post 12 Frankfort) - A white female walked into the Five Star Shell on US 60 and confronted the clerk with something under her shirt. She advised that she was in trouble and demanded the money from the clerk. She exited the store and ran behind the store. The female was around 5 feet 5 inches tall with a slender build. She was wearing a hat with a blue Tommy Hilfger sweatshirt. She also had on flannel pants. She had her brunette hair tucked under the hat.
