Burglary 1st Investigation in Franklin County, KY

(Post 12 Frankfort) - On Sunday, October 9th, 2005 the Gilbert's Gun Shop in Frankfort was burglarized. Gilbert's Gun Shop had 17 guns stolen during the burglary. The Guns are valued at approximately $12,000.00. On Tuesday, October 11th, 2005 Post 12 Troopers and detectives along with the Franklin County Sheriff, deputy and detective recovered 14 of the guns stolen in the burglary. The agencies are conducting a join investigation with arrest pending. Investigating ongoing.
