Marijuana Arrest in Franklin County, KY

(Frankfort, KY) - On Saturday September 3, 2005, Kentucky State Police Troopers were conducting a traffic safety checkpoint at KY-1005 (Devils Hollow Rd) and KY- 1665 (Bryant Benson Rd.) Mr. Gutierrez stopped at the traffic safety checkpoint where Tpr. Elisha Morris detected him being under the influence of drugs. Further investigation lead to the seizure of one pound of marijuana valued at 1200.00 and 700.00 in cash. Rafale M.Gutierrez was lodged in the Franklin County Regional Jail charged with Trafficing In Marijuana, DUI 1st, 2 counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor.
