Inmate Escapees From Blackburn Correction Complex

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is investigating the escape of a Blackburn Correctional Complex inmate. On Sunday, April 3, 2005, at approx., 10:55 AM Anthony Neil Martin escaped. This escapee is thought to be on foot in the Lexington area and could be headed to Hazard KY. The Kentucky State Police is asking anyone with information of the where abouts of Anthony Neil Martin to contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 (in the state of Kentucky only, does not work out of state) or your local law enforcement agency.

Anthony Neil Martin, D.O.B. 11/20/1963, male white, 215 pounds, 5 foot 11 inches tall. Last seen with long brown hair and beard, hazel eyes, birthmark on neck.
