On Tuesday 08-16-2005 Frank Napier was located unharmed. The Kentucky State Police would like to thank all those who assisted.

London, KY - On Tuesday 08-16-2005 at approximately 12:00 Kentucky State Police at London received a call from the Red Bird Missionary, approximately 25 miles south of Manchester KY, that an elderly gentlemen had wondered of from the facility that him and, his wife was visiting.

Kentucky State Trooper Chris Roberts arrived at the scene and, gained information that the man was Frank Napier, 74 years of age from Parks Subdivision London, KY. Mr. Napier was last seen wearing black pants with a gray stripe and, had a gray pullover shirt on with sandals. Through the investigation Trooper Roberts was also told that Mr. Napier has Alzheimer.
