One of Kentucky Most Wanted Arrested in Georgia

(LONDON, KY) - At approximately 23:30 hours, on 05/10/2005, officers of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested James Wesley Napier in Cummings, Georgia, in relation to an indictment and warrants for the murder of Roger Arthur Adams which occurred on 10/16/1984.

Adams was murdered in Whitley County, but his body was found in Estill County. Napier was arrested without incident.

KSP Post 11 Detective Colan Harrell has been working the investigation and will assist in the transportation of Napier back to Kentucky.
