Kentucky State Police Arrest 1 Wanted by Bureau Of Immigration

(London, KY) - On 01-20-2005 Kentucky State Police Trooper Bill Elliotte stopped a 1993 silver Toyota Van on Interstate-75 at the 17 mile-marker for failure to yield right of way. After stopping the van and, running the license of a Mario A. Umanzor , age 32 of McCullough Drive, Lexington, KY, it was discovered that the driver was wanted by the bureau of immigration and, had been entered as a deported criminal / aggravated felon.

Umanzor was issued traffic citations by Trooper Elliotte and, turned over to federal agents for further investigation.
