Parole Violation Arrest in Clay County, KY

(MANCHESTER, KY) - On 01-11-2005, Kentucky State Police received a complaint from Laurel Dispatch Center to respond to a residence in Clay County. The complaint was that Vernon Pitt Buttery Jr. was at a residence located at Buttery Lane and that Mr. Buttery was a parole violator.

Troopers Mark Allen and, Matt Reed responded to the residence and, after a brief investigation it was determined that Vernon Pitt Buttery Jr., 27 years of age was in fact a parole violator from Kentucky.

Vernon Pitt Buttery Jr. was taken into custody by Trooper Matt Reed and, transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
