Methamphetamine Lab Discovered in McCreary County

(Whitley City, KY) - On Monday, January 10, 2005 at approximately 8:52 p.m. Kentucky State Police responded to a complaint of a possible methamphetamine lab located on Sawyer Church Road in McCreary County. After arriving at the residence a strong odor was detected and, Trooper Jason Browning obtained a search warrant and, after executing the warrant components of a methamphetamine lab was located. Arrested was Burnell R. Rose 44years of age and Noah R. Keith Jr. 31 years of age and Alfred Teddy Hittle 3rd 51 years of age. All three was charged with enhanced manufacturing methamphetamine due to Noel Keith Jr. having a firearm in his possession.

Assisting Trooper Browning at the scene was Detective Billy Correll, Trooper Tony Dingess, McCreary County Sheriffs Department and, special investigations east for the cleanup.
