Methamphetamine Lab Discovered in McCreary County

(Whitley City, KY) - On Monday, January 10, 2005 at approximately 8:52 p.m. Kentucky State Police responded to a complaint of a possible methamphetamine lab located on Sawyer Church Road in McCreary County. After arriving at the residence a strong odor was detected and, Trooper Jason Browning obtained a search warrant and, after executing the warrant components of a methamphetamine lab was located. Arrested was Burnell R. Rose 44years of age and Noah R. Keith Jr. 31 years of age and Alfred Teddy Hittle 3^rd 51 years of age. All three was charged with enhanced manufacturing methamphetamine due to Noel Keith Jr. having a firearm in his possession.

Assisting Trooper Browning at the scene was Detective Billy Correll, Trooper Tony Dingess, McCreary County Sheriffs Department and, special investigations east for the cleanup.
