Kentucky Most Wanted Arrest - William R. Foley
Date of News Release: 09/02/2005
(Harlan, KY) - William R. Foley, one of the Most Wanted in Ky (Listed on KSP Web Site) was arrested on 9-2-05 by KSP Units from P-10 & P-11 and charged with assault 2nd & Crim. Mischf. 1st. He was attending his father's funeral in Corbin and was arrested on the porch of the Funeral Home as discreetly as possible. There was no incident at the time.
