Tony Herald Arressted & Charged

On August 29, 2003 the Kentucky State Police opened an investigation regarding the theft of approximately $30,000 from Sid and Ivy Bishop of Irvine, KY.

The investigation concluded with an indictment being returned by the Madison Co. Grand Jury for Tony Herald charging him with Theft By Failure To Make Required Disposition and Wanton Abuse/Neglect Of An Adult By Caretaker.

Tony Herald was arrested by Detective Joie Peters on 11-23-2004 and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center and is under a $5000.00 bond.
