**Updated 10/5/04** Kentucky State Police Locate 2 Active Methamphetamine Laboratories In Trimble County After Receiving An Anonymous Tip - Regina Bowyer Captured

(Milton, KY) - Regina Bowyer age 27 from Milton, KY was captured at 3:30 AM on October 05, 2004 in North Vernon, Indiana. Ms. Bowyer has been lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center on the following charges:

1. Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia with the Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine 1^st.
2. Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursor.
3. Possession of Marijuana.
4. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1^st.
   All the Charges are enhanced because of the presence of a gun.
5. Escape 2^nd
6. Theft by Unlawful Taking Under $300
