Assault 2^nd & Kidnapping Investigation

Date of News Release: 11/24/2004

(Bowling Green, KY) - Chondra Drake was held against her will at 299 Stamps Road in Rockfield, KY from Monday, November 15th to Saturday, November 20th.

Ms. Drake was severely beaten and the perpetrator had kept Ms. Drake chained to a post in the garage and a bed inside the residence at various times.

Ms. Drake was able to escape Saturday, November 20. She was taken to Franklin Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Warrants have been obtained for the perpetrator, Cornwell Anthony Stamps, and anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact Kentucky State Police at 270-782-2010.
