Shooting Investigation in Richardsville, KY

(Bowling Green, KY) - Troopers responded to Richardsville after receiving a complaint indicating a man had been shot. Upon arrival, Troopers discovered the victim (Robert Milam) lying on the kitchen floor with a gunshot wound. Mr. Milam was transported to the medical center at Bowling Green where he was admitted & is in stable condition. The investigation led to the arrest of Charles Lee Adkins & Sheila Phelps. Both were lodged in the Warren County regional jail. Investigation continues.
