(Guthrie, Kentucky) - On Tuesday, February 10, 2004 at approximately 1405 hours, the Elkton Bank & Trust Company located 10275 Russellville Road in the Tiny Town community was robbed.

Two suspects entered the bank through the front doors. Once inside, both suspects brandished weapons. While one suspect stood guard by the doors, the other suspect stated that this is a robbery and gave instructions to the bank employees. The employees complied with the robbers' demands and gave them the money. The suspects then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspects fled the scene in a silver 4-door Chrysler passenger car. They appeared to head south. It appears that both suspects were armed with small handguns. The suspects are described as both African-American males. Details of their descriptions are not known at this time. There were no injuries.
