Clinton Man Arrested for Fatal Crash on US 51

(Hickory KY) - On August 16, 2004 at 4:32 PM, Keith W. Owens of Clinton was arrested at the Hickman County Jail on warrants that were issued as a result of the fatal accident that took place August 4, 2004 on US 51, 2 miles south of Clinton. The fatal accident resulted in the death of Jerry R. Hutchinson and serious injury of James R. Hutchinson Jr. Mr. Owens, the driver of the vehicle, was charged with DUI 1^st Aggravating Circumstances, Assault 1^st Degree, Wanton Murder, and No Insurance.

The investigation continues by Trooper Clint Davis with the Kentucky State Police.
