The Kentucky State Police Post One Activity Report for the month of June is as follows:

Post One Mayfield covers the 11 counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlise, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken and Trigg. As of June 30, 2004 there have been 24 people killed in fatal collisions in the Post One area. Of those who died, 10 were not wearing their seat belts 1 was a pedestrian and 4 were on a motorcycle. During the same time frame in 2003, there were 28 people killed fatal collisions in Post One. Statewide in 2004, there have been 441 people killed compared to 440 in 2003.
