Driving Under the Influence 1st Offense in McCracken

(McCracken, KY.) Mitchell was traveling North on KY. 1684 at a high rate of speed. When he came to the intersection of KY. 348, he ran off the right side of the road, through a block storage building, and then struck a tree. Mitchell was transported to Western Baptist Hospital and treated for multiple injuries. Due to the injuries sustained in the crash, Mitchell was cited into McCracken District Court for DUI. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Robie Hunt.
