Kentucky State Police and the FBI has lead to the arrest of a Ballard County man

(LaCenter, KY.) An ongoing case between Kentucky State Police and the FBI has lead to the arrest of a Ballard County man. Today at 1:55 P.M., Detective Jamie Mills arrested Terry G. Day, 43 of Barlow charging him with 1 count of Use of a Minor in a Sexual Performance under 16 YOA. Investigator's served a search warrant on Day's Barlow residence on May 27th and found material relating to child pornography. A minor child was identified which resulted in the arrest of Day.
