Theft of Identity
(Murray, KY) - Kentucky State Police have arrested Tionda Mullins, 33, of Murray and charged her with 33 counts of Identity Theft. On 3/4/04 and 3/31/04 Trooper Ryan Dawson arrested Mullins for allegedly using the operator's license numbers from other individual's so her checks would pass through the Tele-Check system. These checks were written at businesses in the Paducah and Murray area. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Dawson.
