Three Bail Bondsmen from Tennessee Arrested

(CADIZ, KY.) This morning, Trooper Richard Wright JR. arrested three bail bondsmen from Tennessee on six felony charges. The investigation began on March 7, 2004 when the three men forced their way into the home of Jeffrey Harvey, 33, of Cadiz. Harvey was wanted on DUI and theft charges in Tennessee. Once inside the residence, the men pointed a gun at Harvey and identified themselves as the police. Harvey was handcuffed and was taken outside to a car. The men left Harvey's three minor children home alone. Harvey was taken back to Tennessee and placed in a Montgomery County Jail. The three men, Chris Archuleta, 26, of Clarksville, TN., David Taylor, 36, of Dover, TN., and Robert Del Giorno, 25, of Clarksville, TN turned themselves in at the Trigg County Jail on today's date. They have been charged with Burglary 1st Degree, Kidnapping, 3 Counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree and Bondsman Detaining Person Without a Warrant. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Wright.
